| Don Scarlett is a mechanical engineer and electrician. He arrived in Kaslo in 1972, started up an electrical contracting business and soon began volunteering for community organizations. These days he specializes in designing and building micro-hydro power plants for homes and businesses in the Columbia/Kootenay region. |
